Wade, using libgdiplus HEAD fix the AA glitches. I'm pretty sure my earlier
guess is correct.

Before pushing libgdiplus HEAD as an update there's a small thing I need to
confirm. Right now monobuild is mixing mono branch with libgdiplus HEAD and
it's reporting problems :(

I'm compiling everything to test this on my image. Hopefully all tests works on
b2.
