Do not reopen the bug unless you can convince me that the schema is valid
according to the XML Schema *specification*. XBRL international is not an
authoritative about XML schema. FYI Microsoft had been regarded as an
authoritative XML schema implementor and actually they had a lot of bugs in
their implementation.
