5) TextChanged doesn't fire when Undo/Redo changes the text

6) Undo something, then Redo, Then Undo, Then Redo - Should alternate between
doing and not doing the action. Currently doesn't.

Problems 5&6 Fixed in r95844

        * TextBoxBase.cs, TextControl.cs, RichTextBox.cs: TextChanged fires
        when Undo/Redo changes the text. Undo/Redo/Undo/Redo now works
        correctly. See #359330
