I'm not going to be able to solve this, as I don't have access to a linux
environment. There are still odd drawing issues in windows, which might fix
these problems when they are addressed, but I can't create this any-way on
windows.

I would be very interested in finding out went wrong if its not a problem with
System.Drawing - obviously if something returning different values for
linux/windows then windows could still be wrong but the textbox code could be
written for it...

Almost certainly the same problem as #357155.
