If you visit popfly.ms, and try to create a new mashup:

http://www.popfly.com/shell.aspx?projectType=mashup

Click on the icon [<<] on the left hand side, next to "Blocks".

On Silverlight, this collapses the blocks and then hides the bar;   In
Moonlight the bar moves, but its contents remain on the screen.
