If you visit popfly.ms, and try to create a new mashup:

http://www.popfly.com/shell.aspx?projectType=mashup

Click on the double arrow icon on "Tutorial" (this is the right-hand side
sidebar).  An animation closes the bar.   

You will notice that once closed, it is not possible to reopen the tutorial tab
(the same thing happens with "Blocks").
