Ok, just to update the bug, here is what we know so far:

This is all with mojoportal 2.2.7.9:
* If built with Mono 2.0 and run on 2.0: works
* If built with Mono 2.0 and run on 2.2p2: works
* If built with Mono 2.2p2 and run on 2.0: fails
* If built with Mono 2.2p3 and run on 2.2p3: fails
* If built with trunk (r121352) and run on 2.2p3: fails


Also, fails running on Mono 2.2p3 on:
* openSUSE 11.0 x86_64
* openSUSE 11.0 i586 (the mono vmware image)
* SLED 10 SP2 i586
