Visual Studio Project that demonstrates the mono bug

The Attachment contents a Windows Forms project that demonstrates the error. 
It assumes there is access to a MySql server.  In the project is a text file
that contains the SQL necessary to create a database, table, and user.  It will
also populate the table with test data.  Included is a file called
DbDataAdapter that is commented out.  Inside the file I have a proposed
solution.
