I had to disable it because it kept loading the wrong assemblies - with the
latest version of the patch this is no longer necessary. Right now the
bootstrap breaks in the net_2_1_raw phase when trying to compile new smcs
(because it doesn't find the right assemblies). I guess,as you wrote above, you
should just apply the patch and do a full bootstrap.
