Test Case

MDI works here, so it's hard to diagnose your problem.  I have attached a
program that I know works for you to try.  Hopefully it will let us know if
there is an issue with your system or if it is something specific in your
program.

- Save the attachment at foo.cs.
- At the mono prompt: gmcs -pkg:dotnet foo.cs
- At the mono prompt: mono foo.exe
