Another testcase, this time with MainLoop and UnhandledException

Here is another program with MainLoop and uses
GLib.ExceptionManager.UnhandledException (as described in
http://www.mono-project.com/GtkSharpPlan#Better_exception_handling) This one
describes the weirdness of where g_type_init is called.

As usual follow the comments in the code to switch to crash.
