This issue can't be fixed in the linux installer. (We fix one distro and break
another)

The linux installer is a 'best effort' option where graphics (libgdiplus+ and
gtk#) will only work on some distros.

Marking as won't fix... although, we may tear out of of the files from the
installer to not include gdi+/gtk#.
