Sorry for the bad report, Jain, I should have tested with .net first.

What happens is that monodis reports this format for an assembly compiled using
emitbytes directive.

But the MS runtime doesn't support the no. prefix at all. Not a single program
in the entire toolchain report anything but invalid instruction.

Thou is part of the ECMA spec, I think it's not a good idea to work on it.
