Steps to reproduce:
 - http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/halo3.aspx
 - even with Firebug enabled, this site still doesn't work (not like bug
362034)

Expected results:
 - user should be able to see the streaming video

Actual results:
 - user gets a prompt "Your browser may not be supported by Microsoft
Silverlight"

How often does this happen? Always
