When running the repro on openSUSE 10.3 (x86) without a network connection, the
following error is reported:

** (test.exe:16241): WARNING **: _wapi_setsockopt: Need to translate 19 [No
such device] into winsock error

  at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.SetSocketOption (SocketOptionLevel level,

  at System.Net.Sockets.UdpClient.JoinMulticastGroup (System.Net.IPAddress
multicastAddr, System.Net.IPAddress localAddress) [0x00000]
