I had to use a patched version of the XmlRpc.Net library
(http://www.xml-rpc.net/) to work around this bug. The XmlRpc server (no idea
what package was used) my app talked to didn't accept the crediential being
sent on the very first request.

Sending the credientials on the very first request can also be regarded as an
security issue (albeit only a small one).

But still - Priority P4/Low sounds okay to me.
