Yup, I still see it.  Tested on Win32 SVN head.

Repro with repro #2 from bug 324103.

Click on first leaf node, now hit the left-arrow key -- which should jump to
the parent/close the branch -- and nothing happens.  Hit the key repeatedly and
nothing happens.  The same happens for any leaf node in this example.

For an example of the expected behaviour, click on any non-leaf node, hitting
the left-arrow key closes the branch or jumps to the parent node when the node
is already collapsed.
