We have to watch multiple directories since the user can create both bin and
Bin when application is running, and we need to restart the application at that
point.  For the same reason we should set PrivateBinPath to both forms - we
can't check if either of those exists on the host creation and make decisions
based on that. So, I'd rather leave things as they are now.
