+Description of Problem: When using the built-in control panel for mono.
+Restarting mono ends up crashing the runtime and starts displaying the
+"Service Temporarily Unavailable" error in the browser.
+

+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Install mono as usual
+2. Enable the mono-ctrl location as directed on mono-project.com
+3. Restart mono
+
+Actual Results: Renders the Service Unavailable page
+
+
+Expected Results: Should have restarted mono without flaw
+
+
+How often does this happen? Every time
+
+
+Additional Information: Running on mono gutsy tribe 2
