+Description of Problem:
+The OpenFileDialog doesn't show the shortcuts down the left side or the
+files in the directory (though the scrollbar is shown correctly for how
+many files are there).
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Run program
+2. Click button
+
+Actual Results:
+Files do not display.  (see screenshot)
+
+Expected Results:
+Files should display.
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Always.
+
+Additional Information:
+This used to work, so this is probably a regression in the Oct 10 - 25
+range.  (Just a guess.)
