 Anywho, I show that this patch does indeed appear to stop the leaks.
 Only the two threads and two processes (crashwapi-dispose.exe and
 /sbin/ifconfig) appear in the WAPI table at any given time.

+I'm not sure if this patch will work in all cases, as I seem to recall
+deleting an unref call from this location to fix another issue.
