+Description of Problem:
+Hi
+When trying to run an application that has Hebrew text in it, the text on
+widgets is displayed backwards, and text on window captions is displayed
+with a bad encoding.

+I used the following application to test this:

+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Run the application
+2. See the problems in the first dialog box.
