+Description of Problem: The submenus of a main menu are drawn centered 
+over the main menu, obscuring the main menu
+

+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Create an app with a main menu.
+2. Run it. Click on a Main Menu choice
+3. The submenu appears in front of the main menu bar instead of below or 
+above it.
+
+Actual Results: Main menu is blocked and inaccessible
+

+Expected Results:

+How often does this happen? 100%
+
