Summary: On high resolution displays, the size in pixels of fonts and controls should scale up

Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you
are doing.
Description of Problem:
An control measuring 100x100 pixels on a 96 dpi display should measure
125x125 pixels on a 120 dpi display to make it look equally large.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a control on a 96 dpi display, setting the size to 100x100 pixels
2. Compile and run on a 120 dpi display.

Actual Results:
The control is still 100x100 pixels on the 120 dpi display

Expected Results:
The control should have been 125x125 pixels large.

Additional Information:
Fonts should also scale. 12pt fonts on 96 dpi should measure 12/72 in * 96
pixels/in = 16 pixels. On 120 dpi displays, they should measure 20 pixels.
This may be a System.Drawing issue, though.
