+Steps to reproduce the problem:   
+1. download nunit 2.2.3 from www.nunit.org   
+2. run nunit-gui.exe   
+3. File->Open, select nunit.framework.tests.dll   
+4. click Run   
+5. click File->Close   
+6. the View menu disappears, click where the View menu used to be, then  
+inside the empty pulldown  
+   
+Actual Results:   
+  crash.  
+   
+   
+Expected Results:   
+  if the menus are disabled, they shouldn't be clickable like this. 
+

+Additional Information: 
+  should pay close attention to MS.NET behaviour to get this right -- it 
+could be tricky.
