+Steps to reproduce the problem:   
+1. download nunit 2.2.3 from www.nunit.org   
+2. run nunit-gui   
+3. click File->Open, select nunit.framework.tests.dll   
+4. click Run   
+5. mouse over the first item in the Errors and Failures tab until a   
+tooltip appears   
+   
+Actual Results:   
+tooltip never goes away, even when changing tabs or click File->Close  
+   
+Expected Results:   
+  should disappear after a second after mouse cursor leaves the listbox 
+item or tooltip rect as on MS.NET
