+Bug 65458 is not a duplicate of this bug. Configure now passes (it 
+didn't fail in libgc before). Updating cygwin gets me passed the 
+configure error, but the build fails in monoburg. Monoburg eats 99% 
+cpu when generating sample.c. I let the process run for 6 hours and 
+it never finished. (see last entry on bug 6548).
