Hi Jackson.  I had trouble updating this in buzgilla.  But ok, here is the 
smallest test case I could think of :-)

<%@Page smartNavigation="true" %>

As I said, this is *realy* easy to fix - just have MONO ignore the 
smartNavigation tag if it exists.
