[Mono-aspnet-list] compile Masterpage's masterpage

I thought it is  a asp.net question, nothing to do with mono. 

One way I came up with is inherit you masters from some class that can be
built to a dll and put it in bin folder, 

And if you are doing some mobile app that runs most of env. with c#, I don't
know any way you can drop mono and go back to window, please share with us
if you know
