[Mono-aspnet-list] Mono-3.2.3 Issue

hi,

I have successfully installed mono-3.2.3 on ubuntu precise 12.04 but i am
facing error while running xsp4

its raising following exception :

Missing method
System.Configuration.IConfigurationSectionHandler::Create(object,object,XmlNode)
in assembly /usr/lib/mono/4.0/System.dll, referenced in assembly
/usr/lib/mono/4.0/System.Configuration.dll

has anyone been successfully in resolving this error.

Note :I took mono-.3.2.3 source from mono site compiled and installed it.

Also i am interested has anyone successful installed monodevelop using
mono-3.2.3 runtime
