[Mono-aspnet-list] Seeking list of Mono friendly hosting

Koush has a PaaS available at http://www.deployfu.com/. The deployment
workflow is pretty nice: as stated on the main page, when you push
your code with Git, it's auto built and ready to go.

Right now I run a Linode instance as I need PHP side by side.
