[Mono-aspnet-list] MonoDevelop's 'Build & Run' Command in CLI

Hi folks,

I've been using MonoDevelop just fine for a while now but I often switch into macvim (like gvim or vim) and build projects in Terminal. Is there a way to do the equivalent of MonoDevelop's "Build" and "Run"?

I know I could copy the "Build Output" from MonoDevelop and make a Makefile target, but is there perhaps an easier way to do it? Something that works off the .sln files?
