[Gtk-sharp-list] GTK# on .NET -> requires Mono.Posix

I found mono.posix.dll installed on the system, but the version is
2.0.0, whereas the binary is looking for assembly version 4.0.0.
Why is the gtk# installer installing an old version of the assembly?
