[Gtk-sharp-list] GTK# on .NET -> requires Mono.Posix

Hi!

I have the official GTK# installer installed, but it does not work
without copying the Mono.Posix library along with the executable
(nothing else is needed, so maybe the GTK# installer does not install
the Mono.Posix library as it should).
