Is there a preferred XML editor that others use?  I've tried 
conglomerate and XML Copy Editor but neither seem ideal.

This is fine for any additions; however, where is the automatic 
documentation generated from, in case typos, etc need correcting, or 
definitions expanding?

Is there any (relatively) easy way of generating the docs in the 
//docs.go-mono.com/  format as a visual check before submitting a pull
