[Gtk-sharp-list] Gtk# 2.99.0 released!

Sorry for the late reply.

The best way to contribute to the API documentation is to edit and
improve the xml docs that are under doc/en in the source tree. Those
are updated automatically, but manual edit are preserved when doing
that.
Submit pull request on github (https://github.com/mono/gtk-sharp) and
I'll be happy to review and merge them.

Having the docs in this format will allow them to become available on
http://docs.go-mono.com/ in the future. We'll have to get in touch
with the people managing that server, but I don't see why we couldn't
have the docs there, maybe under a new "GNOME 3 Libraries" category.
