[Gtk-sharp-list] A Bug in GTK+?

I notice you can pretty much disable keyboard focus for most widgets
(CanFocus = false), except for any tool buttons - RadioToolButton,
ToggleToolButton and ToolButton. Buttons inside ToolItems can have focus
disabled however.

Is there a reason for this, or is there some kind of special work around for
these? Seems like a bug to me.
