[Gtk-sharp-list] A widget to SIMPLY show styled text

Hi all,

I'm looking for a widget usable to simply show and eventually modify styled
text; I know that on winform there is a textshow widget that show RTF styled
text... I know we have TextView but I feel the tags and iters too tricky for
my taste to handle... 

(too tricky? no, sorry! I found it very crazy and horrible!!! With all my
willingness I cannot realize WHO and WHY have conceived a so complicated
system to handle styled text on a control! Sorry for that but is what I feel
now about!!)
