[Gtk-sharp-list] Empty toolbox when using gtk-sharp GUI designer

I have what should be a really simple problem (except for someone just
starting to use mono, like myself) - I can not even get off the ground of
using Mono-Develop for GTK# because when I start a GTK# project and tab over
to the designer screen my toolbox is empty (there should be a bunch of
simple 'widgets' - buttons and combo-boxes and such - in the toolbox to drag
and drop onto the form in the designer).

(this is an update - but see my earlier post here on the mono-develop list
at http://old.nabble.com/forum/ViewPost.jtp?post=27059276&framed=y and a few
days ago on Fedora Forum at
http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=237853)

Did see a reference on this forum to gnome-sharp, which I had never heard
of, so I checked and I was missing gnome-sharp-develop. Unfortunately I
installed this and still have no "widgets".

I would add here that when I say "widgets" I do not mean some custom fancy
widget, I mean I do not see any basic buttons, list-boxes, combo-boxes,
scroll-bars, anything at all in fact.

Since there are posts on this forum that seem to imply these should be there
(as well as the tutorial at http://monodevelop.com/Stetic_GUI_Designer) I am
thinking I am _still_ missing a package. Here again is the list of installed
packages on my system...
