[Gtk-sharp-list] GtkBuilder integration

Hi...

mono offer 2 GUI libraries:
 - GTK#
 - winforms

If you are interesting on GTK# try to download monodevelop IDE (in case you
don't have it yet)
In monodevelop you can use the GtkBuilder, which is integrated.
Another choice is to create a glade file, with Glade, and then to use it in
your code.
In my opinion Glade and integrated GtkBuilder(in monodevelop) supply the
same results. I prefer glade.
