[Gtk-sharp-list] GtkBuilder integration

Gtk.Builder is only implemented in Gtk# trunk/2.14. See this post for 
details on how to use it:

Remember installing Gtk# 2.14  SVN to /usr so that it overrides any 
existing previous version installed by your package manager.
