Please don't appeal to conspiracy when there is no evidence of such.  I
think the explanation is simple: Gtk/Gtk# developers don't use Macs.  

I'm not a 'core' Gtk# developers, but I use Monodevelop hours every day
- but I also don't own, use, or test on a Mac [over priced proprietary
hardware & OS].  If developers don't use Macs, and Mac users don't
report bugs, then....
