[Gtk-sharp-list] Following the NodeView example

Hello,

The NodeView is very elegant in how it lets the user bind an object to
a widget.  Since I consider you as my plumbers (please take this as a
compliment), I would like to ask for more of the same.  The combobox
could use a similar interface.  Probably all controls should allow
data binding.

PS  I eagerly await some of the Gtk+ 2.10 controls.  As I see things,
the more I rely on the Gtk stack, the less Microsoft is an issue.
