[Gtk-sharp-list] Not underline Treeview column title

I've found no property in TreeView or TreeViewColumn to make it
interpret the title the way you want. A quick test however showed that
if you double the underscore "Lord__Phoenix" it will appear as one in
the output >> "Lord_Phoenix".
