You probably need the Gecko pieces.  You probably want to install this:

http://forge.novell.com/modules/xfcontent/file.php/monowin32/GRE%20for%20Gecko-Sharp/v1.7.3-0.1/GRE-GeckoSharp-1.7.3-0.3.exe

Run the installer and later try the origianl binary (*.exe) BrowserSharp 
sample again.
