[Gtk-sharp-list] TreeView expander column issues

Hi List,

I have two questions regarding the expander column of TreeView.  (In
case one didn't know, the space for the arrows which one can expand
subtrees with allocated which forms a separate column is called the
expander column.)

1) How can I make the expander column disappear?

2) How can I set the background color of the expander column?

I read through the API, but didn't find a solution to these problems.
