[Gtk-sharp-list] Problem with compiling

Hello,
	I am new to Linux world. I got the gtk-sharp 1.0.8 and I followed the
instructions as in install file. 
	1. ./confugure   done with no problem
	2. when I type make it gives following mssege,
	make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop.
		Can  anyone tell me simply, how i compile and run it.
