[Gtk-sharp-list] alternative GTKSharp .15 installer for VS .NET

Why in the world are you creating yet another top-level directory? I
suggest you default to C:\Program Files\gnu\lib\gtksharp. Let's follow
what few filesystem standards MS *does* provide.
