First, check to make sure you have all the devel packages installed that
are available.  I'm a little surprised rsvg and vte don't have devel
packages in the Sun stack.

There are probably more Gtk# dists that don't include gda/gnomedb than
the one's that do.

gtkhtml is probably important since you will need it to provide a
monodoc/MonoDevelop package.

gtkhtml-2.0 and gtkhtml-3.0 are two separate software projects, not two
versions of the same project.  You definitely want 3.0 or 3.1.
