Gst when stable will be a nice technology for Gtk#.  I'm a little
uncomfortable, however, having something with such a dynamic API
included by default in the build.  

If anyone can make it build/work, it would be okay with me to add a
configure option to build gst#, as long as it defaults to off for now
until the API stabilizes.
